HR Executive

Details:

  • We seek to fill in the role of HR Executive who has  diverse knowledge in various HR functions.
  • He / She will support the HR Department in executing operational tasks, and engaging in HR activities not limited to talent acquisition, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities;

  • Policy administration, counseling on policies and procedures
  • Support in development of strategic HR initiatives and system.

  • Talent acquisition, preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Implementation and execution of effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs and execute training needs analysis

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

REQUIREMENTS;

  • Degree in relevant field
  • 1-2 years work experience as HR Personnel.
  • Vast understanding of applicable labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (Recruitment, Performance management, benefit and administration, training & development, exit process, etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS would be an advantage
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Professional with strong ethical conduct
  • A self starter able to work without supervision.

Java Developer

We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, enterprise-grade applications.

You will be part of a talented software team that works on business-critical applications. Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Enterprise Java application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

Java developer responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven working experience in Java development
  • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
  • Experience in the Spring Framework
  • Programmer/Developer Certifications is a plus
  • Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Struts 2, Spring MVC).
