These Hausa/Fulani people with the help of the military have seized the opportunity of the curfew to start a genocide as opportunity was given to them to perpetuate their act. The state has also extended the curfew so they can continue their plans to exterminate the Igbos.
Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia has extended the three-day dusk to dawn curfew he imposed on Aba to Friday, Sept. 15.
Ikpeazu made this known in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Enyinnaya Appolos, and made available to the anstalk.
He advised residents and visitors to cooperate with security agents in order to ensure the maintenance of law and order within the commercial city and its environs.
Ikpeazu expressed displeasure that people were being compelled to raise their hands while passing through security checkpoints.
